My name is Esther Morgan. I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner that specializes in children, adolescents, and adults. My specialties include treating individuals with mood disorders, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorders, drug and alcohol dependency, sleep, disorders and so on. Currently working at a community clinic, were I'm responsible for treating clients across lifespan with diverse mental health conditions.
A strong believer of mental health awareness, I use my expertise to empower my client and anyone I come across. A dedicated lifelong learner that is eager to share knowledge and provide compassionate care. I have also been a preceptor to various nurses. I was involved at Baylor Scott and white health to train and mentor upcoming nurses. I’m also in charge of mentoring recent graduates at my current place of work.
I graduated from Walden University with my Masters in mental health nursing across lifespan, in 2022. Prior to my graduation I have been a registered nurse since 2009. I graduated with my bachelor’s in nursing from Lubbock Christian university in 2018. I graduated with my Associates degree from South Plains college in Lubbock in 2008. Prior to this I graduated with my Licensed vocational nursing in 2005 from South plains college Lubbock, Texas. I have worked in different capacities like an inpatient and outpatient psychiatry facilities, community clinics for mental health and addiction, jail, emergency department and various other units.
